Scale is not the same thing as intent.
Sourced Pokémon cards in Beijing and Shanghai and resold them in Europe at roughly double the purchase price. Shanghai made the scale of Asian finance visible. A missed connection in Shenzhen became a self‑planned tour of the companies that built the city: DJI’s Sky City, then Tencent. One felt like a founder’s obsession made physical; the other like an office park.

One week can redirect a trajectory.
The European Youth Parliament session in Tromsø was the week that started the travelling. Back in 2024, he put questions to Norway’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs at an open university seminar.
