01 / Context

Context

Financial advisory brings clients, documents, lender requirements and adviser decisions into one transaction. Quick was built inside Spoko Finanse, alongside live operational work.

02 / Problem

Problem

A process that depends on memory changes with the person handling it. Lender-specific requirements, fragmented documents and manual coordination make the next step harder to see and easier to miss.

03 / Design premise

Design premise

The missing layer is executable operational logic. A generic CRM can hold a client record; the harder task is turning the rules of the transaction into the requirements for that particular case. This is the premise behind Quick.

04 / System

System

Quick translates 65+ advisory rules into dynamic document requirements and decision logic. The relevant output is a usable next step for the adviser, rather than another place to store information.

05 / Personal ownership

Personal ownership

Product construction, the translation of advisory rules into operational logic, and the automation of repetitive information flows. This case describes that scope; it does not attribute the entire brokerage operation to the product.

06 / Execution

Execution

The product was developed in the environment it serves, while real advisory workflows continued. The rule base and the document logic belong to the operational problem, rather than a demonstration built around fictional clients.

07 / Result

Result

Quick has 35 users and saves dozens of hours of repetitive work, as reported by its builder. Time savings are builder-reported; no weekly or monthly rate has been measured.
